iPad delivered to and address

Hi, does anyone know where I can buy an iPad online, who use a courier that will deliver to your address? Most seem to use ACS who have you pick up from one of their offices,
Also any contact details for a techy person to go around to this address to set the iPad up.
This for and elderly lady who cant get out, and I cant get to visit at the moment.
She needs it fairly quick to do online shopping for food etc

Perhaps Public, you can purchase online and they deliver in Cyprus.

Please, if your not sure about the answer, don't just suggest a shop.
I have to call them to check and most of the time I'm on hold then get a negative answer

I needed some one to set it up for her, and I got a recommendation.
He will pick it up from ACS and take it to her home then set it up.
