I found this article in the local press (CM) very interesting, so i post it here. I love olive oil, specially the one from Cyprus and use it every day for cooking and on top of pasta, salad, avocado vegetables etc etc.

We were until last year lucky with low prices here, but this is the past. I remember prices 20 years ago when i lived a few years in Italy, that the prices for extra virgin olive oil, hand picked, was 5 times more expensive than in Cyprus.

One of my son-in-laws is a chef, his words, always eat butter, always cook with olive oil.

That's what I do.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.
