I had my appointment today to exchange my MEU3 over to a card. Only waited an hour after original time, s that was ok. All very quick once you get seen. nice lady took my originals and copies, then gave me a receipt for payment. Waited a few minutes to have photo and fingerprints done and that was it. They are very busy but staff were pleasant enough. Only fly in the ointment was a Brit who was complaining about how long she has waited for her card, but using vulgar language isn't particularly helpful!
