What do foreigners do when you can’t download the Cypriot parking App?
UK smart phones will not download the app Has anyone got a solution?

Have finally worked it out for iPhone
Go to Pafos smartphone and download the App. Follow instructions and sign up with email,username and password. The only problem is after signing in English you get a list of parking areas for all of Pafos on a map. The difficulty is knowing where you are and the name of the parking area. It is alphabetical and all in English NOT Greek. Hope this helps anyone wishing to use this. Have not used it myself as yet as I am only over for a visit.

I think you are using it wrong.
All I do is click on the P button, then enter the number I have parked in.

Mike, you need to come for a coffee and a lesson. It’s a doddle. You don’t need to know where you are. Park in a bay, open the app and press the blue parking icon, on the next screen you just type the 4 digit number painte on the floor of the parking bay and press Start Parking. If there’s no number on the bay, it’s free.
When you go back to the car, press Active Parking and then Stop Parking
