First post (please be gentle with me!)
My recently deceased father employed a domestic worker. Said domestic worker is looking at new employment but seems to be under the impression that as a male he is restricted to only being allowed to care for a 100% bed bound person, meaning he can't take up an offer of employment from someone who isn't bed bound. I've had a brief look online but am struggling to find any info. Anyone aware of this recent change?
