This is another of the charms that the Diarizos Valley has to offer the more adventurous traveller. So stir yourself from your sunbed, and get out and see for yourself how amazing the Paphos countryside is. The rock itself is popular with climbers, and used to be a good place to get mugged by highwaymen, back in the dim and distant past. Now they all work for the Electricity Board.
To get to the rock, take the B6 from Paphos and drive past the airport turning. Continue until you drive over the motorway. You will eventually cross the dried up Asprokremmos River. Turn left immediately after that and stay on that road. You will have the option to turn left when you go past a petrol station. Ignore that, and keep going straight on. You will drive along the Diarizos Valley and through a few villages, before eventually arriving here.
