this is an issue which has bothered me for more years than I care to remember. If I were able to wave a magic wand over every Parliament on Earth, I would make sure that the delegates, members, ministers and so on would not gain a Penny more than their salary for doing the job for which they were elected. Any other income would automatically be put into a fund for helping the deprived, and would not be recuperable under any circumstances. Any delegate breaking these rules would automatically be imprisoned for, say, one parliamentary term on first offence.
This would be a first class method to make sure that each members constituency would be represented equally in Parliament. is there anyone else on this forum who would join me in an anti-graft campaign?. Alternatively, please state why you would wish to perpetuate a corrupt system.
