Dog problem

I live in Chlorakas and for the last 10 days a dog has been barking and whining in a building which has commercial/residential properties. My neighbour has made enquiries as to the owner but to no avail. Is there any official body we can contact to investigate this situation ?Any help appreciated.

Try Government Vet on Polis Road near Shipshape traffic lights, and almost opposite Lidl.

If you think the dog is being mistreated, call the police; they are obliged to respond to a complaint of mistreatment.
