I have had two separate messages supposedly from the Cyprus Post system
Message one at 11 53 am today (Saturday)
"Due to the wrong delivery address of your package, the delivery of the package has been suspended.
Please update in time https://s.id/cypruspo"
The second message heading is.... +491792788521.. this was at 03 10 this morning (Saturday)
"Your package CH1324 requires settlement of overweight charges within 24 hours:'
This is followed by the live link 'chypre-post-delivery.net'
Do people think this is a scam.??? I have not sent anything recently nor am I expecting anything
Possible post offic scam messages
Re: Possible post offic scam messages
Firstly, if the Post Office have a package they can't (or more likely, won't) deliver, they will send you a text message with the tracking number, telling you to come and pick it up.
Secondly, they will hold on to the package for weeks.
So yes, scams. There are a lot about at the moment.

Re: Possible post offic scam messages
