I put my shorts on yesterday afternoon. But I am back in long trousers this morning..

What is happening with the weather? I thought May was bad enough but look at it June 3rd. I haven't got my sunbed out yet let alone into shorts. Outdoor spa unfilled and duvet still on the bed. What do others think?
