The article had citations to back up the claims. Why don't you try reading them before getting all pompous.

How do we know that the claims are false? They may well be true.

If so many people drink lemon water, without seeing this video, it strikes me that it could either be, that it just tastes pleasant, or that basic instinct is telling you to drink it, who knows. Whatever, I always feel more refreshed after drinking it.

Back the claims up with medical test data, simple, drinking lemon water will not lower anyones cholestoral or liver fat , fact , but please feel free to show us some data supporting it, as i said i drink cold tonic water with fresh lemon, it refreshes me, that's all.

I read them, no where did i see lemon with water gets rid of cholesterol and fatty liver problems

Plant compounds found in lemons — namely hesperidin and diosmin — have also been found to lower cholesterol (7Trusted Source, 8Trusted Source, 9).

Back to the topic: I always produce ice cubes from lemon juice in times when plenty fruits are on my trees to use them in high summer, when there are no lemons around. The imported ones from other continents taste very different and are expensive then...

The lemons here in the UK are awful, but even so, I still drink lemon juice first thing.

You can't beat a lemon straight off the tree in Cyprus. There used to be a large lemon tree in Polis, on open scrub land, my OH and I used to pick them regularly.

30 years ago I did organic farming near Latchi and had beside 100 Mineola Fruit trees also some lemon trees which fruits tasted ever so good...
I also tried the Verdelli process where one can produce lemons ready in high summer to harvest when you stop watering the tree for 4 weeks in July.
The next year I had fruits early August when nobody had any....
