If only the Paphos office was as well staffed as Nicosia, it would be a much better all round experience.
The layout and number of staff is the same as in 2004 even though the number of customers has increased .... and continues to grow.
Regarding the system, not everyone is capable of doing it by themselves or their application is not straightforward, hence the need for professional assistance.
