The Entertainer currently has 132 shops located across the UK with an additional nine international stores through its successful franchise partnerships.

UK high street toy retailer, The Entertainer is expanding its international presence across Cyprus.

The expansion will be undertaken with the retailer’s current franchise partner, Ermes.

The Entertainer currently has 132 shops located across the UK with an additional nine international stores through its successful franchise partnerships.

Now in its 36th year, the family-owned and operated business has seen unprecedented year on year growth for six consecutive years.

Following solid trading results for The Entertainer in Cyprus, the retailer has secured two new sites which will be opening later this year in Korivos (Paphos) and Apollon (Limassol).

Each new store will celebrate its opening with a Grand Opening Day basting in-store activities including costume character appearances, face-painting and in-store demos.

Gary Grant, managing director and founder of The Entertainer, said: “We are delighted to have a firm relationship with a well-established retail expert.

They are a nice family-run firm too. They owner refuses to open on Sundays. Good toy shop too, our daughter will be please.
