Cyta

Post by WHL »

Shout out for cyta, my wife bought a new phone with two sim cards, so she can have her uk phone and cyprus phone on one phone, well we tried all ways and we couldn't set it up, went in the cyta shop for some advice, a lovely young lady took the phone did her magic with the phone, all the time with a smile, we didn't buy the phone from cyta so she didn't have to help us, but she happily did, service second to none, well done cyta.

Like many in this area Cyta are doing upgrades these include "Fiber Optics" this should improve there sometimes flaky internet service, we do pay out a lot of money here on this island and the internet speeds are on the low and intermittent side, let's hope this new fiber driven internet service improves for us all..

We have had fiber optics for a couple of years now, changed free of charge, sometimes its your iptv provider that is the issue when buffering freezing etc and not the fault of cyta

I believe Primetel use Cyta Computers so any improvements would be the same, I do not get buffering? but I live in hope that as WHL says Fibre Optics will soon be with us, if not for an improved TV signal but also more importantly a more stable Internet connection in general.

For the last week or so Cyta have been in our area installing Fiber Optic cables, I will be more than happy come the day..
