Net Metering Installation

Hi Guys

Our Son had a Net Metering System installed on his Villa about 2 months back ,
and the company that installed it state prior to the big Turn On the EAC have to
come and check the installation and make their connections .

My question , is there any way to track the application with EAC , and from any
of you guys experience how long after you application was submitted did it take
for EAC to attend your villa

If it's any comfort, my roof panels were installed in May 2022 and they still have not been connected up. I believe the fault is probably with my supplier but possibly aggravated by the EAC. In fact, on Thursday, I have a meeting arranged between my supplier, the EAC, my lawyer and myself to try and get things fixed.

We have just been connected 5 months and 1 week after installation. It took several calls and visits to get things moving.
