and up and runing yet and who is in there

I think it can safely be said that it is not open yet, as I feel it would have been posted about if it was open

Drove by yesterday morning, a new sign has gone up over the entrance area - Neon Mall, but lots of construction work still ongoing by the look of it.

It is strange that to get to it you have to go past Mcdonald's entrance to the next roundabout and come back to the Neon Mall entrance. When you leave the Mall area you can only turn left onto the Dual Carriageway. You cannot get onto the Yeriskipou (sp) bypass.
