Avocado dip sour...

Post by cyprusmax47 »

At the moment Avocado are in season in Cyprus and one can find them now for less than 3 Euro/kg in fruit markets.

Perhaps you like to try my own recipe of an Avocado dip sour...

Ingredients:
1 large Avocado ripe and soft
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Curcuma, pepper, plenty sea salt, Olive Oil.

Just take the soft meat out of the Avocado with a small spoon in a deep dish and add chopped garlic, vinegar and the spices to it. A splash of Olive Oil on top and it is ready to eat...

OK, thanks, but I prefer Cyprus lemon juice rather than imported vinegar!

Well, I start the day with lemon water from my own trees, hence Apple Cider vinegar gives me a break....and is very healthy as well!
