Trev, me too! We'll have to wait until it opens to find out.
But obviously if there is sufficient demand from traders who want to rent space there, it would probably generate increased profits for the developer, if some or all of that basement was turned into retail space.

It may all hinge on what was in the Planning Application. Remember Homestores took over part of the lower car park and go their knuckles rapped for it
