Poor holiday makers! No doubt they came here to escape the weather in N. Europe!
It was more 'exciting where I was unfortunately on Ellados Ave. What with more than half, in some places 2/3 on the carriageway dug up at present. The building I was going to was above SofTop. To get there was a strange bridge made of planks, a disused pallet. The wire safety fence was there, but had been left flat on the uneven ground no one had thought to place it by the 'bridge' which crossed a new concrete sunken drain as well as a recently erected concrete kerb.When I went for my appointment the weather was dry. When I left it was raining hard. There are no actual road drains yet, so the part of the road which was still open had the usual torrent of water gushing down it... A real obstacle course to return to my parked car.
