Repairer of small electrical domestic appliances?

Hi,please can someone recommend a person who fixes domestic appliances?
My mini oven has suddenly developed a fault and keeps blowing the main fuse when turned on.

Thanks for your recommendation.But when I rang him he said when a mini oven does this there is no cure. So, I will have to think about replacing it.
