Oh dear,we all know that one of the perils of getting,,,,,,well,,,,on in years is that the inevitable meeting with the grim reaper is getting ever closer,and the making of a will is getting ever more important
Any advice on a reliable, honest will writer would be most appreciated please before the grim reaper does his calling.

The vital issue for us ex-pats is to ensure your will clearly states that probate is done under either English & Welsh/Scots\Irish law or if you prefer local Cypriot law. There is a vast difference. A good lawyer will explain the differences. Ours is under English law.
