A visit to Lighthouse Beach is a trip back in time. Not because of the facilities (indeed, the BLT from the cafe was delicious) but because it is nestled next to the ancient City Wall of Paphos. You can also see the lighthouse, hence the name of the beach. With the benefit of a drone, you get a glimpse of the whole Archaeological Park, and the Castle behind it.
The best way to get to the beach is to drive out from Paphos towards Coral Bay and turn left at the traffic lights by Duomo. Drive down to the Elysium and turn left. Follow that road around until you come to signs pointing to the beach.
