Taxisnet T.I.C. number

Have been filling in our Tax Forms on Taxisnet. It tells me that our T.I.C numbers are not correct. These are the numbers we have used for years and , in fact, they put them in the return. Has anyone else had this problem? As usual the various Tax people are not answering their phones.

I had this problem.
Are you putting your TIC numbers in the boxes next to your pensions?
These should be left blank as TIC numbers only apply to Cypriot entities.

Thank you both I had emailed them and they did get back quite quickly. Tuppence is correct you have to remove the T.I.C. number but you also have to change the category from 1 to either 2 or 8.
