From TOM9 (change of vehicle ownership)

Does anyone know where I can get/download a TOM9 form in English.

Not sure that this form has an English version, have only seen it in Greek, like the application for a Cypriot driving license. However, maybe you can get a translation in English courtesy of Mr Google. Or via a Cypriot friend?
You may also need to go to the Ministry of Transport office on Ellados Ave, in the Industrial Estate in order to effect a vehicle transfer.

Thanks, I think I've got things sorted courtesy of an acquaintance, yes the form only seems to be in Greek.

They used to be on https://cyprusdriving.net/department-of ... ort-forms/ but this one doesn't seem to be there any more. However, I have a copy of TOM9 and an English translation. Drop me a PM with your email and I can send them to you.
