UK Disabled badges. Are they still valid in Cyprus?

Did a search before asking this question. Are UK disabled badges still valid in Cyprus? I would imagine they still are but just want to check. Haven't seen the friendly policeman down at the harbour recently so couldn't ask him.

Found the answer on the Paphos Chat Facebook page by going to the Questions Section and doing a search. This from BHC. We are pleased to announce that the UK & #Cyprus have reached a reciprocal agreement to recognise Blue Badge Holders #UKCYties . This means that your UK-issued Blue Badge will be valid here in Cyprus.
