Face masks will no longer be required indoors next month with the exception of high-risk areas such as hospitals, the health ministry announced on Friday. The relaxation will come into force as of Wednesday, June 1. ...

I'm ambivalent about this measure. Yes, there are less cases of Covid now, but last week there were about 1700 cases, and 2 people died. Yes, cases are down considerably from what they were.But Covid or Omicron cases, are still reported weekly.
We have a constant ebb and flow of tourists and many refugees. So, I will still continue to use my mask for protection in crowded indoor spaces.These are mainly air conditioned, so are cool, even in summer..
