WHL, Yes you should still get the increase. It is just that the government have always sent out a letter to pensioners stating what the new weekly rate will be

Once we received the notice of pension increase letters, we scan them and email them to our accountants (along with my Army pension, and my teacher’s pension details) for next year. It saves a lot of hassle.
