Renewal of driving license for over 75

I have looked online and just need to check with anyone who has recently gone through the process, do I need to download and complete the TOM 7D as well as the TOM 153 medical form.

Hi Neil,

I renewed my over 70's licence last week.

You can either download both forms or pick them up at CSC.

The TOM 7D will be in Greek and the assistant at Citizens Service Centre
will fill it in for you.

The TOM 153 should be filled in by your GP.

Yellow slip + copy.

6 months utility bills + copies.

Driving licence which they keep.
Temp driving licence is given to me while
waiting for new licence to come through.
Said it should be approx 4 weeks.
Will receive an SMS when to collect licence.
No appointment is necessary for collecting.

Do not forget if ther updated licence is not received after 4 weeks you need to renew the temporary one.

My wife went to the citiizens Seervices in limassol and was told that the temporary month had expiired and was issued with a new one. Seems diffeent rules in Paphos/.

Collected my driving licence today.
It only took 3 weeks.

Over eighty,i toddled off to the Doc,s got eyesight,blood pressure tested,given the ok,dashed off to the citizens advice with every document on this planet,just to be safe ( we all know where ever you go we are usually asked for some we forgot ) they gave me a temporary licence and in four weeks i called in and they had it ready.,,,easy peasy,happy chappy.
