They list and cover MANY PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS

We always used staysure.

Yes I used AllClear, very fast and efficient no problem with my my pre existing conditions.

We used Staysure when we lived in Cyprus. They have policies particularly for expats.

Since returning to UK 6yrs ago we've used various other companies but have just recently taken an annual policy with Staysure. My existing illnesses are covered.

Staysureno longer provide cover for expats in Cyprus only France and Spain

I used Staysure with Covid cover, I had to cancel my trip, but even with the cover, the refund they offered me was a lot less than the amount I paid. I was told that I could leave the credit, and take it at a later date. I did that, but then when I went to use the credit for the same place and duration of holiday, the price was much more than my first trip.
