This headline isn't correct, I'm afraid. Unfortunately, 35 countries, including China, abstained. Which isn't quite the same as condeming.

Well, perhaps I should have used President Biden's words for the topic, saying: " Russia stood isolated, with the support of just four brutal, authoritarian states," within the world community...

I suspect they only abstained for fear of upsetting Putin's murderous regime, more so if they are reliant on Russia for oil, gas, or loans. As cyprusmax47 says: "only four, brutal, authoritarian states supported Russia".
Five if you include Russia. :)
