electric under floor heating

I would seriously recommend underfloor heating whether it is electric or hot water.
When I first came here electric underfloor heating wasn't allowed so we went with hot water and either way it was the best decision we ever made. Walking around barefoot at the moment with shorts and a Tee Shirt, it's the way to go.
We have a Granny Flat which we use an AC to heat and we're planning to install electric underfloor heating there when we refurbish it.
