From Foinikas To Nata

Post by Dominic »

In our last film we drove to Foinikas. Now, we continue our journey, first through the abandoned village, and then on up the Xeros Valley to Nata. Foinikas itself is steeped in history, and if you want to know more about it you should take our virtual tour.

Brilliant video. Thanks for posting. Think I will stick to the road going past the army camp for the time being, until the tracks dry out after all of this rain. I would have thought that the river would easily cover the road after heavy rain.

The last time we went up there the river had cut into the bank where the road runs and we had to drive along the river bed for a short distance. It's not a bad drive, as you can see on the video there's a couple of cars with Tourist plates down there though they must have come in from the reservoir end of the road.
