I rec an email from Gov.UK today. As far as I can see nothing has changed re travel to UK. You must comply with travel procedure which is a given. You can use your EUDCCvacination cert as proof of vaccination. But it suggests that you might also take your actual vacc certificate with you too. You must fill in and send off-the travel locator form, and you must book and pay for PCR or Lateral Flow test on day 2.. Cyprus is not currently on GB' Red list.
You shouldn't have to self quarantine, unless registered with the UK's track and trace system.
