As is walking away from settlement talks, which are like I said dead in the water.
The "talks" are now just a blame game - each side blaming the other for their failure, when in fact neither side had any intention
of compromising enough in order to achieve a settlement.
Are YOU saying they will settle? Not do you HOPE they will.
