Mini Series Recommendation

Post by kansas »

We're currently watching a 3 part mini-series called Time starring Sean Bean and Stephen Graham.

Can highly recommend it. Lots of familiar faces from the past.......

Heavy subject matter, but good acting all round.

It was good. Certainly added a different view on doing 'porridge'.

I would recommend 'Domina' for those that like the idea of a prequel to what was dramatised in 'I Claudius'. A fascinating look into the development of the first Roman Imperial Family.

Several reports from criminals who have spent time inside have said the programme itself was very true to life.
One Prison Officer referred to the fact the officer who was threatened had lots of other opportunities to resolve matters than the outcome as displayed.
Either way, it was a very good series and one which we truly enjoyed after both me and my other half being employed within the Court Service at different times from each other.

Thanks for the recommendation, we saw the first two episodes last night and enjoyed both.

Clarksons Farm, I know a lot of it will have been manufactured, but it is funny and worth a watch.
