New yellow weather warning issued for Monday

Heatwave conditions will continue on Monday, with the Met office issuing a yellow weather warning.According to an announcement the warning will be in force from 12 noon to 5pm.Temperatures inland are expected to reach 41C....

Phew, it has certainly been hot during the last few days. I am doing a small outside painting job and I am up just after 5 am to walk the dog and do some painting.. I do get back on the bed with a cup of tea and my laptop at around 7am. I don't stay up watching the paint dry

But the forecast for Polemi is showing 35 Monday, 36 Tuesday, and 37 for Thursday and Friday
