Disappointing and misleading for those of us who are not businesses. The prices quoted on the website are ex 19% VAT - so a map I was about to order at 139 became 166.

No they aren't. I just looked at the website and the price quoted is €142 including VAT.
If you are having it delivered to the UK, the price is ever cheaper, as for some reason there was no VAT added.
But if you have an issue, you are much better off contacting Anaxima and talking to them.

Ah the bigger ones are priced at €165, but again, prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Strange. It is quoted as 139 on the website and when added to my basket but then switches to 165 when I proceed to payment. Perhaps that’s because I’m accessing from the UK and it only changes after a Cyprus delivery address is added. Anyway, the price is the price.
