Loss of TV service
Anyone know how we can contact someone - our Swiss tv service arranged through a local supplier suddenly shut down with a note on screen " AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM" - we tried calling a support number we had but got a message that this number was not currently available. Tried to reboot but got the following message " PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PROVIDER TO REGISTER THIS DEVICE" Any help would be appreciated

You mention a 'Local Supplier' and also mention a 'support number' .. If these are NOT the same firm ring the local supplier / shop in the morning ..

I have had the same message several times. All I did was to disconnect the internet and the TV service decoder, wait 5 minutes then reconnect and reboot. After that all was well.

UPDATE - Just spoken with our local supplier and they are going to sort out with the TV service provider. Thanks again for comments

NOW SORTED - thanks again for everyone's help - there had been a problem with the processing of our payment as the account numbers had been transposed.
