Fires are starting Early !!

Although I can't see where the fire is, but both fire helicopters have gone over our house heading in the Polis direction. Sadly there is quite a breeze to fan any flames.

We Haven't heard the helicopters, but a yellow fire plane has just come past from the direction of Argaka, cant see any smoke yet

Yes near the village of Lysos on the road leading to Pelathousa and Limni Mine. Interesting the short video showing the yellow planes from the Forestry using chemicals before the helicopters arrived...

We can see Lysos from where we live, never saw any smoke maybe it wasn't that big a fire

It may be a bad year for fires as there's been little rain this year and undergrowth and trees are very dry.. hope I'm wrong.
