Medical card

Post by Sadie »

Now that Gesy is covering more and more, what is the advantage of holding a medical card?

Good question. I found one in my P.O. Box without having applied for it and I´ve haven´t joined GESY either. No idea what it´s good for.

My friend needed hers last year for treatment at a clinic that wasn't in the Gesy scheme.

Thanks Kay, I went to renew mine yesterday and was told they’re not really necessary anymore as the only thing they now cover is dental treatment at the hospital

I was asked for mine when I went to the Flu Jab clinic at the General last October.
