Thanks Dominic for this.
But why do they keep adding more little things? I use the form B and am loathe to keep printing forms in order to conserve the black ink as its not possible to buy a replacement cartridge for my printer at present.
But, it seems unrealistic to appear to be limiting one to only going to one place per outing.
Its more economical when driving into town to do several things. For example visiting supermarket, maybe cash machine at your bank, or butcher, visit Post Office. etc. or is the form or text purely used for statistical purposes?
Other people say we are living in a police state. Yes, I know we're in lockdown.
Most of us cooperate with these demands, including yours truly.
But what do others think?
Dee.

People who say we are living in a police state are idiotic babies.
With regards to your forms, unless you are going to have your hair done or get a tattoo, I would just keep with your older printouts until you have run out.
Besides, I haven't seen a single checkpoint during this latest lockdown, so if you should happen to go to the cashpoint on the way to the supermarket, I really wouldn't worry about it.

You have to write the time and date on the form. I think Plod would be a bit suspicious if you asked them to wait while you wrote on the form.Happy in Cyprus wrote: ↑Mon Feb 01, 2021 6:54 pm Personally I would simply add Box 9 freehand, which of course is for hairdressers, barbers, etc.
Nothing to stop you of course, other than your moral compass, from taking some blank forms with you on your journey and then issuing one to yourself for each type of establishment you wish to visit. I'm sure all of us on this forum are far too virtuous to partake in such nefarious activities...but just pointing out that it could so easily be done![]()

Thanks for suggestions. However, I am finding new uses for my bottle of Tipp-Ex! Which also saves on continual printing of these forms. Yes, I also have seen very little evidence of police checkpoints. Maybe thats why they are keen to get people to use SMS!
