With my old bones my medical advice is to walk in the middle of the day at present when the temperature is at its highest, even better if it’s sunny..

We went for a walk in Coral Bay earlier, around 1230. We had jumpers and jeans on but it was lovely and warm with no wind at all. A real feel good 40 minutes. We came home expecting to be able to sit outside and have lunch, but the clouds appeared and the temperature dropped......
