Travel Restrictions to Cyprus from UK

I had an email from Gov.Uk yesterday on Travel advice.. It says that Cyprus has now downgraded the UK from Cat B to Cat C. in the light of the Pandemic in the UK.
This means all travel from the UK to Cyprus is banned. Though holders of current Cypriot residence papers may return here. (Holders of MEU Cyprus residence papers).
