Months, not years’: Commission Vice President Věra Jourová said she does not expect a big delay if Hungary or Poland go to the top EU court over the new scheme, as they had pledged to do. “I understand some member states might want to seek full legal certainty on this important matter before the European Court of Justice. This is their right,” Jourová said. “I expect the proceeding to go fast. In my view, we are talking about months rather than years.”
