If you have to pick somebody up from the airport after 11PM have them send you their flight pass prior to boarding. You can use that as evidence if stopped.

Yes you have to wear a mask when you on the beach and on the sun beds. Also while walking you should wear a mask.

Can I just clarify please on the new rules released today.
Do we have to wear masks on the beach?
and by pool when on sun-bed ?
Will walking along the beach walkway be permitted without a mask as that is my form of exercise daily ?
