Optimism

Post by Devil »

Cyprus will enhance efforts for the promotion of international peace and security and press forward with the ultimate goal of “a world free of nuclear weapons”. This is what Ambassador Andreas D. Mavroyiannis, Permanent Representative of Cyprus to the United Nations in New York has said.2 hours ago

Cyprus wants a world free of nuclear weapons-Mavroyiannis ...

I do not know how many nations actually have nuclear weapons but I do know that I do not have enough fingers to count them. Is it not little Cyprus getting rather big for its boots, telling all the big boys to get rid of their nuclear toys?

Not at all. What a ludicrous notion. If that was the case, nobody other than the biggest fish would ever be able to say anything.
