Indeed! We have been getting impossible glitching on all the news channels and other BBC ones for the last 2 1/2 days, at least! I have tried vainly by email and phone to contact the supplier in Paphos, with no success. I am not a happy bunny!

Again this thread is spread out some, any problems will be down to the server not the people who you rent off, moan to them of course but it maybe out of their control, again see the last topic on this..

As I posted earlier( but my post disappeared)... my TV box supplier Triotech hasn't let me down. (I have no connection with them apart from buying the product).

They are the peoples only contact, they take your money and should complain to the servers who also take your money. Do they offer a reimbursement of rent if you don't get the service you pay for?

''D'' I have no idea as this was sent to me by a friend and supplier,I doubt you would be reimbursed for any loss of signal although I know this for sure if you do have any problems they usually help sort it out, this is all you could possibly expect.

Personally I have no problems at the moment with either of my systems, but this was close to home and it may be a problem for some, it was posted for information only.

All systems could be in trouble at some time including Clearstream, none unfortunately are free of the odd problems, nature of the beast I guess..

Dee check that link I posted I think your post is there. By the way my CS did cause me trouble from day one and why we went over to MAG units and suppliers.

Thanks, Jim.
With the CS system, I find them helpful to deal with, they also have a physical presence in Paphos. On occasion I have been into the shop and taken my errant box with me. They have sorted it for me, or I have contacted them on line. They also update and sometimes issue a new model. The latest one, I bought last March is the quickest and best. So far virtually no problems which I can't sort myself. I am a bit technophobIc too!
