Given the continuing battle to reduce the number of Covid cases in Cyprus, and the problems that all countries are having with this virus, is it so surprising that people are simply taking their countries travel advice, to only make use of essential air travel?
So, many people are taking their holidays just traveling within their own countries borders.
Lets hope that by next year the availability of effective, safe vaccines for Covid will lead to many people being vaccinated. And thus to encourage people to go abroad for their holidays.

I think The September figures will have better reading as travelling to Cyprus you don’t have to self isolate for 14 days on return like many other popular tourist destinations, although the Covid test is now proving troublesome in the private sector in some parts of the country to obtain
