There is absolutely nothing in the stock photo indicating that the driver was drunk, allegedly or not, no breathalyser in sight, and certainly nothing to indicate he was resisting arrest. How dare you make such accusations? The cops are supposed to set an example!
If you look at the picture/photo shown in the newspaper article, it obviously is a stock picture and not one showing the incident that the report refers to.
How do I know this?
The picture is taken in bright sunlight so not at 8pm at night.
The driver is showing a mobile phone rather than taking a breath test.
So when was the picture taken ? No one has an idea apart from the newspaper so we do not know the regulations re wearing masks in force at the time the picture was taken.

Try reading the article, which explains the police stopped him for alleged drink driving, then I see the photo of the cop with the mask under his nose, try explaining in plain English what the point of your post was, before throwing your toys out of the pram
Here's another picture of what seems to be
the same 2 policeman stopping another vehicle.
Masks are worn as in original pic.
This pic was originally posted on April 7th
Perhaps the masks don't fit those with big honkers. The Greek goddess Athena was glorified with a distinct nose & I have been reminded that I was not last in the queue when they were handed out

1. in plain English, the police are supposed to set a good example and not disobey the law. In my original post, I thought that the added arrow made the point quite clear, but obviously not to some people.
2. I do not believe that the childish second half of the quotation from you is in any way justified, even with a smiley.

Your post was not clear in my opinion. I saw the mask was not being worn correctly and I read that he had been stopped after a chase for drunk driving, and the point of my post was, how could you equate a coppers nose out off the mask to what the the driver allegedly did?
As for the childish quotation, he who casts the first stone and all that comes to mind, cheers
