Thats good more tourists can come here, including from the UK. But since Cat B countries are still subject to taking a test, probably that still means no tour groups from the UK...
That sounds like better news at last and hopefully it will encourage more individual tourists to come and more flights?

It is a shame that there is no explanation about any testing or when and how the results will be available in the report. Apart from, "The Minister also told reporters that the authorities are following all necessary protocols and procedures in order to reduce the risk of spreading the virus."
Will people be allowed to go to hotels before the test result are available ?

There are many people in the U.K. on different forums stating that yet another of their booked flight cancelled hopefully now these people will be able to arrive on the island but I think that these are people with holiday homes not actually tourists destined to the hotels but I’m sure now with the U.K. in category B the tourist will arrive to the hotels.

It wont be Jet2 or Tui as they've already stated ( if you believe the media) it wouldn't be until 15th August and that's only if we are in cat A. The article is in a thread I put on last week.

It may be that the British visiting Cyprus are home owners there, or visiting relatives, but they all spend money on the Island, every little helps.
